its actually by the bike path under the George Washington Bridge..

beautiful, yet so unheard of =/

p.s. yes, the editing does involve a great increase in contrast level. made it brighter and more dreamy this way I think.

I love the contrast. Makes the image look bright like the sun. Love the green too. I love these little treasures in the city - green parks with tress where you can roll in the grass and relax:-)
