Malia and I hiked up to the Indian Racetrack in the Indian Heaven wilderness. It's a huge meadow filled at one end with a shallow lake full of critters Malia was so excited to find. She captured 4 polliwogs to bring home, some already with little legs protruding. She also caught a frog after chasing it all over the pond while I sat and ate my lunch.
Photo: I used the smart fix option in Paintshop, then turned down the highlights a bit since it was too bright on Malia, but it really brought out the rings of water surrounding Malia that I hadn't noticed before. I also used the clarify tool +2 to bring them out even more. |
