I took it in Washington Highs at 1 pm. I was riding on my bike, but after few minutes I have to turn back and go home, cause it was too hot. It was about 95°F.
On this photo you can see children playing with hydrant.I think that this is the easiest way to cool you down in the city. I don't know if we can see something like that in Europe. I know that in Poland it's not allow.
