[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Shot into the ultimate photo faux pas of sun glare, I tried to capture the light reflecting off the waves here. The desolate sun umbrellas and two empty sun chairs in the corner are indicative of the end of day- and end of season mood that this scene put me in.

Somehow I feel that the melancholy is enhanced by the dramatic contrast of bright glare and relative darkness in the foreground.

No flash. No tripod. Not much of anything technical. Resized, no cropped. No pp work. Lots of glare. One beach. Two umbrellas. Two sun chairs. One pretty special mood...
