This is Morgan (now waiting for me at the "Rainbow Bridge"). We competed in frisbee competitions, and were practicing here. I followed her movement with my camera in an attempt to capture her speed, power, and determination.
I know my focus wasn't perfect, but I like her outline here. Scanned from an old slide, cropped, contrast levels, USM, cloned out some dust, Neat Image, resized, framed. |

Beautiful action shot. Your paning show the speed very well. The black border frame really re-enforce the picture. I also love the shadow. Good job.

An excellent contribution to my GS theme, Jennifer. Keep 'm coming!!
I love the effect you achieved by panning along, that's very hard to do. Her fangs are more or less in focus so that's ok, just a pity that the frisbee is not clearly visible. TFS.
P.S. feel free to add your pictures directly in the theme - I don't always have time to browse the gallery ;o).
Bah.. the focus is relative. It's not rare, i will prefer between two photo, the one who have a little bit blur, if i consider the look is better to my taste. It's depending. For a journalist work blur will be bad the most of time... But my trip is at first, artistic... If the head will be just a bit sharpen... But u cease the moment! I like the way it look. But i was shure the dog barking against sobemody! :o)
