Winter Sunset
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I had to post this photo of last years Winter Sunset. In 2003/2004 Winter Break/Vacation I was able to have an extra week off of work, as all the schools were closed an extra week!
Now as I sit here, tomorrow I'm supposed to go back to work after Winter Break again, and there are weather reports predicting snow, 4-6 inches, but I don't think I will be so lucky as to have more days off!
I'll be behind the wheel of my little yellow school bus after a much needed Break!
I cropped, and adjusted levels, and sharpened just like +1 or so. |

It's a beautiful winter scene... I'm always mesmerized by these winter photos with tons of snow since here where I live it never snows. You managed to capture a fantastic sky. (did you haver thought of adding a frame to this photo? It might look good)

This is such a lovely winter's scene. The colours are excellent. The composition is quite good, but I think it may look even nicer if there was less of the grungy snow in the foreground, and maybe include the tops of the trees. Other than that, this is still a great photo.

I didn't realize you got so much snow in the Gorge Lori. We get snow fairly often here in Yakima like this as well. Very nice capture of your frigid landscape. Again, nicely done!
God's best,
Tim
