Autumn Still Life

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I posted an alternate version of this tractor on TrekEarth, but thought I'd try a different feel here. I cropped the original to focus more on this old tractor. I desaturated the colors slightly, and removed all the blue colors, attempting to create a more "old-tyme" feel. Then I created a frame, using colors eye-droppered from the photo. Although this version doesn't show the beautiful tree-covered mountain in it's entirety, I think I might like it better. Please let me know what you think.

It is a beautiful composition...especially, I like the colors of autumn and their harmony in your photo.
Excellent work...

Hi Jennifer, the three parts (colored tractor, the unicolor of the corn, and finally this colored ocean of leaves and trees in the background) are amazing.
Excellent composition. I like it more than the picture on TE,which is great, but on TE there is a 4th part with the sky, which disturbs this 'tripple look'.
