The shape of this Bradford pear tree is unusual. The shape is wider than one would normally see with this species of tree. The effect is a more squat frame-filling picture.
This tree is located right on Quail Corners, a shopping area on Park Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. In the spring of 2003, the Bradford pear trees were truly spectacular. I shot so many pictures of them, and on this beautiful sunny spring day they all looked good, but this one was unique...
