Contrary to popular belief, this is NOT my high school picture or prom photo! This is another of the great Gargoyles at Villa Antonia! This is for Silke! And just to be a part of the stamp crowd, to give it a try and I REALLY like this..it's fun!

Of course, I lost all my EXIF data...but you can probably guess the statistics. It was a bright sunny day Sunday, I did a little saturation and a little clarification.

These are cool, if only I could use them on my envelopes!
Thanks to all who visit!
Linda

Welcome to the stamp club, Linda. This one is truly superb and promises to be the leader of the pack -- as only gargoyles can be (^_^). Fabulous colours and details and well-planned crop!

Beautiful visual picture.
Good work.

I love gargoyles, I have one standing at my home
I find them really cute when they are looking very serious, this one looks like he is almost smiling
I don't know if you know these but the purpose of gargoyles is to keep evil out of the churches
In europe you have many churches where gargoyles are sitting on the roof looking down an keep all the evil away
really nice shot and very creative border
love it very much

The closer look of this Gargoyles is fabulous. Fine details are taken in well illumined day light. Such a beautiful presentation my friend.
