[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here my interpretation of a banana flying over Texas.

For more information read this.
There is a link on that page to the guys site explaining the setup.

If that guy can raise $1,000,000 (money well spent, right??????), So why can't I?
So send your money to my Paypal account.

Linda, I'm pretty sure you can't wait to have that thing hover in your sky :-).

Took a photo of a small candy banana on a wire to create the shadow.
Took a photo of Texas from my world atlas.
Combined both to make this "masterpiece".

Thank you for looking into my madness :-).

Hey Pierre..
I'm clicking it seeing your name but then thinking LINDA! LOL Great idea! Great link...
Sorry no check in the mail as it seems you have accomplished it on a small budget!! ;)

Tricia

Marylou

OK: so who is going to compensate the farmers/ranchers whose property doesn't receive enough sun? This could be a good idea for an airforce target practise! A grandiose scheme, somewhat reminescent of Christo and his site specific artworks, like the Berlin Reichstag wrappings, seen here in a pic by Thor on TE : they raised money for their schemes, so this guy thinks: hey why not me?
Cheers
Otto

bonsoir Pierre

Pierre, are you snowed in up there with cabin fever? The title sucked me into looking at this, but I guess I'll give you 2 for some humor! The forecast for here the next day or so ranges fron 2 to 16 inches of snow so don't know what we are in store for. Sure hope you are OK :} Don

Salut Pierre

J'espère seulement que Raël ne glissera pas sur la pelure. Ça peut devenir dangereux pour les soucoupes volantes.

Salutations, Sylvain

Quite interestingand scary at the same time. Cool picture though funny. TFS

Dear Pierre,

So y'r finally going bananas? The wine after the weekend or just not the right medication? Eat from Charlottes bowl? What’s the problem my friend you seem to be a bit disordered…and don’t say I didn’t warned you ;)

Look my friend if Yankees go 'nuts' (particular those from Texas we have some examples here on TL :) don't follow them. Nevertheless nice try to plunder my wallet, but no change my friend (I'm Dutch you know :)

Hans

...Maybe a 'greeny' tomorrow; if your meanwhile not in the lunatic asylum :)

Clever idea with a twist on reality. We have something similiar not far from home It is a Gigantic Lave lamp... See link http://www.giantlavalamp.com/
Good use of layers, and your PP skills. I think your idea is better. TFS

Okay, now after the flamingo and now this I will write this note and then start looking for a funny farm for Pierre who is obviously suffering from being kept indoors. Creative Pierre and at least you are keeping yourself amused. No wonder the animals in the house are mental. TFS,
David

Wait till you see me flying in next time from Holland
on a Tomato !!
Cheers Pierre :-)
