One word... WOW.
I love the look, the hair flowing in front, the hand. Great work. I am wondering if removing the bottom part where we can see her clothes would be better. Just because it is a bit disturbing it forces the eye to look down and interpret what it is forcing us to look elsewhere than at the main interest, here face and hand. But once again, it is just an opinion. :) In counterpart, the hand does a great job of taking us back to looking at her face.
