"Call Jimbo, theres a storm comin"
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
As I stepped outside to capture any car wrecks, broken legs, or snow-filled faces, there was another winter storm already on the way.
The wind was strong and bitter; like needles against my skin.
That's one reason why I hate winter!
This picture is the last self-portrait for a couple weeks. This was a "goofing off" photo, because I was bored with nothing else to do!
PP work included:
Wind
Sharpening
Blur tools- Gaussian blur, and smart blur
Framing at 0.2 on the sides
Flash was used.
Thanks for viewing!

Hey Leanne. Different BG, different clothes, but same kind of look as you last post. Not that there is anything wrong with that ...lol !!! Nice work on the BG, cool effect. So we won't see those eyes for while ? Too bad, I wished I would have seen one shot with a kind of smile on...ha ! ha ! ha !. Cheers. Dany :-)
Hy Leanne ! Good portrait, nyce composition with a best light used in your image.
All the best, Iulian

Looks like a scene from Gone With The Wind for some reason! Great light and I like your use of PP work with the background highlighting the cold, biting wind. Very darned clever,
Thank you so much for sharing :-)
Neil.

He Leanne
I like your self-portraits you post here, you've caught a range of expressions in the different photographs.
I especially like this one because of your eyes. And in this one you've got an "attitude".
Unfortunately the lighting's a bit flat but you can't ask for everything on a winter day (-:
I hope it's warming up there now... it's getting pretty darn cold and wet on this side of the world, we're just heading into winter now.
