[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another portrait of Moses from a different angle.

Posting this mainly because the police woman is on the scene. Shortly after this photo, she came over and stood by him. He thought she wanted him to leave, but she told him it was okay to keep playing.

Police are all over the midtown transportation hubs. So are soldiers from the National Guard. Sometimes the police tell the musicians to move along. It seems the decision is arbitrary. Perhaps it's not, but that's how it appears.

They often give photographers a hard time as well. But this time, she said nothing to me.

Another on Trek Earth.

hi Hugh,

can you take pictures in the metro in NY ? or do the police don't allow it ? great picture again. Happy Moses could continue with his play. I suggest that you put a little piece of music in a link. ;)

Hi Hugh,
I like the lines formed by all these characters, as if everyone, musician included, was waiting for the train to arrive... or the cop to leave...

Hi Hugh
Another nice capture and another informative note. I wouldn't be surprised if the decision is arbitrary - inasmuch as they are supposed to move the musicians along, but many choose not to?
Freaks me out somewhat to see the gun at the policewoman's hip. I can never get used to that sight.
