[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This weekend went for a hike/drive with my daughter and our dog to a nearby Forest Department Genetic Research Center which is located on the south side of Chico. Excellent place for a quiet walk among different kinds of trees and a small creek which runs through the property. This place is also a place for dog owners to bring their dogs and let them roam free (only ifthe dog is sociable and fun loving).
I'll be posting some pictures from this walk for next few days.

Hi Pranab, I love the spring blossoms, and lucky you, Spring is arriving in your part of the world.
I have done a WS to crop off the excess space on the right, and I hope you like it. I feel it shows up your beautiful blossoms even better.
TFS

Hello Pranab,
This looks like spring of course!
Probably apple blossom but I'm no expert...
Good macro work, attractive details!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Hi Pranab,
This is beautiful, I love the lighting and the contrasts it creates. Is this dogwood? I like the spikey centers. Thanks for sharing,
Fran

Hi Pranab
Good sharp capture of these blossoms, nice depth of field - although I can't condone the very central placement of your subject - it looks as if you just pointed the camera at it and took the photo without thinking of where in the frame you wanted to place the blossoms?
Maybe a touch more contrast would also help.
Nice work though, thanks for sharing

First thing you notice in this image is the quality of softness of the light. Lovely image.

Hello Pranab.
I see you had the same idea I had to take pictures of plum tree flowers.
Great shot
Regards.
Jacobo

A delicate image Pranab. Well composed with the flower offcentre and lovely muted colours. TFS,
