I do not take credit for the artwork here - it goes to the store window artists, I only wanted to depict the result of their imagination.

These store windows looked much more interesting at night, so I brought my camera and used it on the way home after work.

Good for spring.

Really cool shot Irina, I love the use of lighting here and good choice to take this at night with the type of lighting and colors used in the store window. The people who designed this certainly have an imagination, I love the organic, slender look of the white mannequin head coupled with the heavenly-looking butterflies. And the softness of the light afro wig gives the whole shot a dreamy feel too. I would maybe make the transition between what's inside the window and the edges of the window at the sides (the dark sections) more smooth by blurring and smudging the sides OR you could try cloning the dark tones at the edges of the window using soft pixel brush in Photoshop. But really a lovely photo, well-seen. TFS! Points later.

good shot!
bravo!
amitiés....aldo.
PS: i love N-W ! ;o)

Hi Irina,

Excellent shot and well done on the comp. Window shopping for shots is fun, especially when hard work went into merchandising. 2700K would help on your white balance. "Lightbulb" setting. ;)
