Only three things in life are certain on the Gulf Coast of Texas...Death, Taxes and Rust. A lonely Gulf Shrimper slowly decays, grounded on the bank of the Intercoastal Waterway located on the bay side of the Bolivar Peninsula across the Galveston Ship Channel from Galveston Island.
