[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture I took is of the Luxor hotel and casino in Las Vegas. I saw on a TV program that some people think that the Luxor is cursed by the ancient pharoahs of Egypt for imitating the design of the great pyramids. This version looks nothing like the original. I cropped the photo and darkened a portion of the sky. I then overexposed the left portion of the pyramid and added a simple border. Now it looks a little more cursed to me.

Wow, very Hollywood-like. It certainly does have a certain ominous or cursed looks. I really love what you did with the blurring and streaking of the pyramid at the borders, while leaving the photo in the center raised and intact. Awesome blue tones to set the mood, and the overexposure at the left side really works here. Nice diagonal gradient of dark and light in the background that echoes the lines of the pyramid, good composition and balance with the edges of the pyramid hitting the bottom corner of the shot. Good symmetry and excellent clarity. The horizontal framing creates lots of balance. Creative and unique, thanks for sharing!
