| A shot from the Tour of the Bitterroot Road Race that was held today in Stevensville, Montana. This was my first time shooting bicycle road racing and found it was difficult as there is a lot of waiting for a few seconds of action. As always comments and criticism appreciated. |

A great sport shot , with this narrow DOF , giving a better sense of speed with the blurred BG.
The colors are superb.

Great shot, John. The composition and sharpness are good esp on the lead rider. Shooting a pace-line is hard, but you got the riders' expressions well (even the ones slightly out of focus.) I really like the room you gave the riders to "move into" in cropping. That also adds to the sense of speed. Great!
