Haha! It certainly is - this is great!
Fantastic point-of-view, great use of available light, good colour and sharpness.
The composition could be better I suspect - this is a landscape-style shot with your subject right in the middle, which is not considered good composition. If she was more towards one side of the frame - or better still, if this was taken in portrait-orientation with a taller, narrower frame, I think the impact would be even greater.
