[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
today is the birthday of a person more special and beloved to me than i could possibly begin to explain... i would wish to give him the world but circumstances have limited my ability if not my desire to celebrate the day the world was so blessed to welcome him into it in all the wonderful ways i would have hoped... so for him i give a sweet and loving kiss... a simple but adoring gift... plucked from the heart and soul of one who loves him beyond words and beyond belief...

this is an emotional and vulnerable post for me.. but i felt the need to do something for him today...

some technical info..
photo was cropped, resized, sharpened, brightnes/contrast increased, converted to grayscale mode for a richer, more detailed tone than de-saturation alone, a chalk and charcoal art effect was applied at minimal intensity then faded, converted back to RGB color mode to avoid quality loss in other programs, a white frame added and then the whole image slightly darkened to bring out more texture and detail and soften the white of the frame to a more muted tone.

Not only a beautiful name, but also a beautiful face... the person of your affection in your note is a lucky man to get this kiss from you ;)

The closed eyes and the pursed lips fit the note. I love the way you blend your face with the background.

The effect you achieved here is great, almost like looking through a glass window on a rainy day... The soft hues of the photo are perfect for the mood you were trying to create. Well done Ayda.

This is beautifully posed, Ayda. Very soft and sensual, and the grainy overlay adds a great deal to the dreamy quality. Nicely done.

Very nice b-day present! The soft tones really help to bring in the soft mood, as well as the texture. I like the darker constrasts with your eyes, hair, and lips; you have very nice looking features...you're so pretty. ;) Really good pp work. This is a vulnerable and emotional post. great photoshop works there... now i can try to play around with that chalk and charcoal efect...hehehe... anyway..u captured the photo nicely.. and the photoshop simply turned the photo into a great piece of art!! well done!

It showes that this is a sensetive and vournable post Ayda. It is beautifull. Pure, innocnt, loving and very honnest. In tis sence it is also a vrey brave post. I find it brave to show vournability liek you do hear. You have put your hart out on the line. He is a very lucky man to receive if this gift. So very lovley Ayda. And, i am very glad you added it to my "All about women" theme, cause, this shows so much of what women is all about.
