Alan,
Excellent image with perfect exposure time of 1/15th of a second. The blue sky tels me that you either took this an hour or less before the sun came up or an hour or less after it went down.
My only advice here would be to stop down to f/7 oor so for more detail with a tripod. Of course this is handheld so it's perfectly normal that you used 2.8.
I'd be proud of this shot, good composition and colors.

Seattle is a beautiful city and you have captured it so well. I love the sparkling lights from the downtown buildings. Your composition of the buildings and the Space Needle are well chosen. The colours are great.

nice 'blue hour' capture here. I'm feeling that perhaps the exposure could have been 1 stop lower.. but i could be wrong on that :-)
