[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This old truck sits off the Chumstick highway near Leavenworth, WA. "Icicle Irrigation Dist." is inscribed on the driver's door. When I first found it I took a picture of it (this past winter) with a ton of snow on it. I am trying my hand at a bit of different photography and post processing. Hope you like it.

Critiques [Translate]

I really like the effect you used here. It brings out the character of the truck and has a vintage feel to it. It almost looks like infrared. The three-quarter angle and inclusion of the grass in the foreground makes for a real eye-catcher here. Love it!

I love the shadows and light play in this Tim. The "almost" black & white is very nice, makes it look to match the "old" truck. Shhhhhhhh....don't tell my husband where this is...it looks like it belongs in my back yard. ;-)
Very nicely done, it would look really great framed on the wall too.

Hello Tim - good to see you my friend.
And yes, this ole Ford sure looks good with your PP work - I like the desaturating but leaving the car with a pinkish tint - that look good. What is Icicle Irrigation? We never have snow where I live, so I'm a bit ignorant on icicle irrigation!!

Tim I like the "brown" tones that you added to give an antique look to the photo, but I think a bit more contrast be a good think. I did a workshop - set the white and black points and boosted the contrast just a bit to add like to the colors.

I love the soft colours in this shot - gives it an almost dream like appearance - nice POV and composition :)
