[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Just playing around with photoshop. I was out taking photos when this Amtrak train went by, for fun, I shot another exposure of myself and dropped me in the image. Since I was bored, I also added an unnessary & unrealistic motion blur. To top it off, I added a new sky with clouds.

Hello Chuck
Lots of work pulling this image together. Good attention to details including the shadows on your legs. Maybe a bit long. I think the motion looks interesting.

Hi Chuck
Keep on playing, you have done a very good pp work, perhaps you could have done even more playing, added som unnessary and perhaps unrealistic motion blur to your right hand as well ha.ha.
The best regards
Jens.

Hi Chuck

Good motion blur of the speeding train. Somehow, I don't think it's going to stop! A humorous title, with excellent colour & pov. Tfs!

Hi Chuck :o)
Nice composition ! Very funny ! Hope the driver saw you ;o) Excellent work as usual ! TFS my friend
Greetings
Marylou

very cool PP chuck :)
wouldn't hav known that this was from 2 exposures
the blurring of the train looks good actually

Really nice pp work on this Chuck! I would have never known that this was all pieced together! The train looks like it's going about 200 mph and you are thumbing in the other direction! Very funny!
B-)

At that "speed" he'll be stopping in a few hundred yards at least, Chuck ;o)). But it's a creative idea and I can't find any flaws that give the PP away - except on the train, as you wrote in the note. Nice sky too.

You created another piece of dreamlike reality. So whatever the ingredients, the final dish is appetizing!

Tibi

The train might have stopped if you'd had a card with your destination on it :-)
Great PP work, in as much as its hard to see that there is any (other than the blur perhaps). Could easily have been a well timed long exposure - great stuff!
Thanks for sharing
Mark

Very cool and funny picture. Great pp work. TFS

Clever PP work, Chuck. It seems that you are one of the site's experts in PP work -- ever think of teaching it?
Superb composition

Wow, you really did a nice job! Yep, hope that the train does not go that fast, I can not imagine being inside trying to read the newspaper at a 4G pressure!

r.

Hahaha! Funny :D But I admire the Photoshop, masterfully done.

Is this your first time thumbing a ride? I worked for the railway, and I've seen guys do that on the side of the road a few times!
Nice pp work: unrealistic perhaps, but very artistic. The sense of speed is well beyond what North American Rail Equipment is capable of!
Cheers
