[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Oxalis triangularis. Also known as purple shamrock and lucky shamrock. It's catching the morning sun through the trees which turns the purple leaves red.

The photo effect is an idea by Scott Kelby. It uses Filter, Distort, Shear (Elements 5) to bend the shadow and the photo image. Another neat effect.

Hope you're having a great weekend!
Reid

Dear Reid Stone,
a beautiful image of the light and the shadow.
"red" leaves are surely shining by "the morning sun through the trees" and the shadow seems to have good cubic effect. it is a kind of the magic. then the Oxalis-shape of 3 leaves is so pretty.
and this curved frame is interesting and joyful.
thank you,
Akihisa

Hi Reid - on this one I'm more interested in the framing. You just made a quantum leap in the use of Elements 5. Bravo

dan

Interesting effect with that framing.
Very good image also. Good sharpness and details.
