[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photojournalism image shows a man directing the movement of an aircraft with his hands on the flight deck of USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-65). This vessel is stationed at Norfolk,Va.
In this moment he is instructing this plane to get in position to be shot off the flightdeck.
The complete full circle motion was what I was going for it took me three shots to get it.
All comments are welcome.

Great shot! This shows very well how large the plane is to the persone directing it but also haw large a structure the USS ENTERPRISE is.

Another shot nicely done Dave! I enjoy your military shots very much! God's best,

Tim

And get the motion, you did! I had the opportunity to spend the day on the USS Iwo Jima some years ago and see just how impressive these aircraft carriers really are.
Very good shot here....:O)

I am mute in front of this picture that gives more than the note describes.
Being a former combat photographer, I always found difficult to stop looking at this type of activity: something people performs with their maximum capacity and skills, including giving up your own life.
(your name is on the TE list of photographers whom I learn from).

Very nice.
I LOVE the rotating propellers.
COngratulations on such a nice shot.
