I like this one better than (I)
.shadows of rails and ballustrades - great!
.good B&W clarity
.lamp posts contrast well
.light is superb
.date stamp is removed
.skew angle is better view than (I) esp lines of lamps tec
.no tilt here
.balcony curve is great here
.roof is removed, less obtrusive
.no rich color tone in (I)

I like it, a great part (II)!

Beautiful look of these stairways, amazed with the beauty of this pictures, with their details in these stairway, I imagine this picture the night, with these flashlights you access, it should be a beautiful show.
