Salut Fred,

A fantastic picture of a really beautiful building! Great lighting and detail. Excellent pov. I also love the tree, very pretty. TFS

A most impressive building.
I particularly like the chimneys.
So this is what Yale looks like.
Reminds me of my ld boarding school in London.
Nice shot.
Cheers
Steve

Hi Freddie
I've been looking at this gorgeous picture for ages, it's very sharp and it's beautifuly composed, but where's the duck ?
Regards Pez

Beatiful the detail and the precision of this post,
bravo pour la précision et la nettetée de cette image. Belle anglede prise de vue Good angle shot Super Réal.
I'll take abreak for few days..

Hi Freddie. Well I guess you can save yourself a trip to Oxford, UK because this is so similar I expected it to be there. I like the composition and pov here which cleverly uses the tree branches to fill an empty area of sky. The warm colours of the sandstone (so like our Oxford/Cotswolds stone is nicely complimented by the red brickwork of the background church(?).
Altogether a very pleasing image.

I'm around the Yale campus almost weekly and the funny thing is I have not taken even one photo of the university's magnificent buildings.

I like how you cropped the photo...looks like medium format.

TFS.

Jigz

Filled an application form for that !
( hope this is English )
But they didn't want me :
they had enough strange brains on formol.
;-)

Oh well, a very " pitoresk " picture !
Very calm and lovely lightning.

See you

Jan
