Jessica this is a fine example of a deminishing perspective. Your choice of B & W is very effective. Additonally, the sky adds an interesting element - bravo

Hello Jessica
The idea here is really cool: lots of perspective, very graphical composition and lots of cool textures. I also like the rather original framing which picks up the textures in the photo and repeats them -- very well done indeed. May I ask how you created that frame?

I hope to see lots more postings from you....

A few tips to make it easier and more fun to be a member of this odd little community:
- Always write more than 4 lines of NOTES. That allows members to give you points for usefulness and gives them a chance to learn more too!
- Each time you post a picture, take the time to visit at least 10 pictures in the Gallery to write a critique of the works of other photographers. Observing (and critiquing) the successes and errors of other members make for great opportunities to learn!
- Make use of the workshop (you’ll learn more about your own strengths and weaknesses by helping others improve)
- Read ABOUT (and FAQ)!
I am sure that these ideas will help you make the most of your stay on the site!!

TFS

And thanks for your kind comment on my "Hot Jazz"

nice powerful shot
the black and white makes it more very powerful
and i dont think u should write at least 4 lines of notes
let the picture speaks for itself

Great shot Sabrina I love the B/W here it works very well. The depth you captured is amazing. I love it.

Hi Jessica, this is a stunning picture. The depth of the image almost pulls you into the scene, the vignetting is perfect.

Take care, Gary

Me gusta mucho la composicion, el contraste, el marco quedo muy bien. Que puedo decir. Un buen B/N a mi parecer. Un saludo.

Very nice Jesse. Well composed, with great DOF. Well suited for B&W. The sky adds to the overall interest/appeal.
