[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Stars pass slowly overhead. Red light was from a manually fired slave flash with a red filter. Taken at the Poudre Canyon in Colorado.

This was taken with a Canon EOS-10D and suprisingly enough only a 20 minute exposure.

Must have been a pretty long exposure. But it has resulted in a great picture Brian. Nice addition the red rocks, the use of the flash has really added to the composition. Great capture. Well done.

Wow! Great nocturnal capture. The exposure must have been around 1 hour? It's more imressive that the pine trees silhouettes look definitely sharp. You did great with foreground and the red touch of light you added was a superb idea.

Hi Brian, this is awesome. Very nice work

I haven't seen one like this in a long time, and this is a good one! Definitely, the red flash is a great addition, actually makes the whole picture stand together. Excellent! PS. This is film, isn't it?
