| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
A picture of a deserted house in Eastern Oregon. A few old structures like this can still be found throughout Eastern Oregon. This one is close to a place known as the Narrows just south of Malheur Lake.
Eastern Oregon (USA) is known for it's hardy people who worked hard to try to create a life for themselves and their families. Some of them made it and some did not. I think images like this of maybe a person that did not make it or just never got around to removing their old buildings is a tribute to all of the great hardworking people of this area in Oregon. |

Wow, this looks like it came right out of a western movie. Great character and nostalgia, I bet it has alot of history to it. TFS.

great find...nice composition...could be sharper (smaller f/stop possibly) and have a bit more contrast...but then again the dullness of the color kind of fits the subject...anything cool left inside...peace***
