Hi Leanne,
It is difficult to do a self portrait, on that end, very good effort.
The lighting is warm, which is nice.
P.p. work, well, there are a number of issues, good effort though.
Make up artistry, nicely done.
Could you post the original in workshop? Some of us may be able to do some magic. :=)

Hi Leanne,
PP work looks very interesting - though in that light I feel the hair (on the far right) looks too abruptly cropped..
Best regards, Daniel

Wonderful Self Portrait Leanne,
The cranberry was a good choice, it fits the mood and expression here.
The lighting makes this accessible but still dramatic.
Quite an achievement! Great work.

Oh, Leanne! Here - to be honest - I was a bit disappointed after clicking on the - promising - thumbnail. The pose, the colours of your lips and the scharp/blur-balance are OK for me and really fit with the title. However, I don't really like the postprocessing you did on the rest of your face, as it has flattened your skin. I'd prefer the natural tones and nuance that are still visible behind your nose.
Just my personal opinion, of course. Feel free to (dis)agree ;o).
TFS & kind regards,
Erik
