The Loretto Chapel is a chapel in Santa Fe, New Mexico known for its unusual spiral staircase that is an exceptional work of carpentry. Despite documentation to the contrary, the construction and builder of the staircase is considered a miracle by the Sisters of Loretto and many who visit it.

I like this moody B&W. You have created the mood by shadows -- I think. The slight backlighting on the upper banch tips is perfect. TFS. K2
