"Clouds Sun and Water, kinda maks a good combination"... well Kyle, that certainly is an understatement ;o).
I adore those 2 times of day: sunrises and sunsets. The colours are usually terrific, always very moody. Your compo is great too. Without the poles in the water, it would be a perfect picture.
