[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I haven't been doing to much photography lately, but I finally got around to doing this image, which I had been thinking about for awhile. I also haven't had a lot to time to comment.

Two exposures were shot of the lily. One side light & one with a fiber optic light lighting the interior They were blended together in screen mode. I shot the outlet with an orange cord plugged into it and in LAB color changed the color to match the stem of the lily the with warp I shaped both the cord & stem so that I could blend them together with a layer mask. The bg is a lily leaf and I used the same leaf in overlay mode to tone down the outlet cover. The gold wires were done in Illustrator and brought into photoshop, giving color, bevel & emboss to give depth & the round parts were warped to match the direction of the petal. A layer with a grayscale of the flower was used as a clipping mask in overlay mode to darken & lighten the gold wires to match the shading of the flower.
