I apologize for not being around and thank people for their critiques. Rest assured that I appreciate each and everyone, and thank you for stopping by.

Like so many people I was hit with the flu, and am presently trying to recuperate from chronic bronchitis.

Not much to say about this shot except that it was a peep at Lake Champlain NY

A nice ' look trough ' Dot!
Maybe the view a little to 'narrow' but overall it works fine.

Great photograph. It was taken from a great spot!! The blackened trees in the front brin out so much color in the background. Nice work!

First of all: I hope you are now well! Winter is hard in everyone. My whole family was ill just recently.
For the picture: dejavu! It is almost identical to a view from Butchard Gardens (Butchard Cove) in Victoria, BC!
Too bad I don't have a shot from that one, hopefully one day I'll get back there for pics.

This is nicely framed of course but that seems to be a consensus anyway;) What I also like here is all the different elements at varying distances, which brings so much depth in your picture, emphasized by the S shaped water course. Well done.

Hi,
very interesting use of natural framing. MAkes impression of a shot taken from a tunnel. If it was me, I'd move slightly to the right to give better balance to the green plants on the left ad righ. Nevertheless it's a small issue. tfs
