Hello Jim,

Because there are so many birds, with their wings in different positions, as your eyes move across the shot, it really does give the illusion of flight!

The sky makes a quite fabulous backcloth!
Lovely composition all round!

There's a really nice feel to this shot, Jim.

The silhouetted trees and birds stand out very well agaonst that sky - I may be tempted to crop to just above the birds themselves as this might give them more prominence in the overall shot. But then again the light clouds also add something. Good shot!
