Hi Larry
They fly high and beautiful lighting up our lives just like the moon which you captured so well.
Bravo the shot is very sharp against that wind that would blurred if it were not for the keen eye of the photographer.

I like the flags against the brilliant blue sky. I reversed the photo in workshop. I have a thing about the stars being in the upper left for my view. :D

Those flags are tack sharp in that wind,perfect exposure settings.
