[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken at the bay out by Fisherman's Wharf just as the sun was setting (behind the camera off to the left). I thought the lighting was kind of cool how it was hitting the boats as the sun was setting.

I blurred the image and then resharpened it to give it sort of a dreamy look.

Hmmm... indeed a dreamy look! A good tip to blur the photo and than rescharpened again. Thanks for sharing this hint.
The photo showed me "silent", a calming effect.
