[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
While visiting San Diego, I would go on morning walks around the neighbourhood. My eye was caught by this planting scheme vignette.
The plants on the lower tiers are called hen and chicks. These are the biggest I have ever seen.
I liked the effect of these ericaceous plants set against a wall.

I also like the effect of the different colours and textures here Joni. That wall reminds me of my own garden wall and your picture gives me inspiration to buy some of these plants, it looks great.

TFS this little corner of the world.

Hello Joni. Excellent shot in tall frame with three plants in excellent sharpness and detail against the contrasting wall. I like the light in the composition and best regards. Jusni

Hi Joni....

I love this natural 'still life'. Composition and DOF are bang on, but I think the colors are a little under-saturated, so I've done a WS to make some adjustments.
