A good twist on the theme. Good idea.

Focus is good but I think it could even more sharp.

I don't know what the colours where on the wall etc. but I to me it looks like there is a yellow colour cast. Probably could befixed through white balance setting.

I've uploaded a workshop where I've tried to correct the colour cast and sharpen the photo a bit. The colour correction might be too much but I think it shows how it can be corrected.

For me? :P thanks... you are too kind... very nice captured, I like your subject here, very refleshing especially when you added the lemon. Just for another view, maybe if you can change the background to highkey and add a bit of contrast it just to create another look, that's just my personal opinion. :D

How refreshing! Great color combination, clever twist on "twisted". Bet you drank it down after you were done shooting. The image could be a tad bit sharper to my way of thinking (then again, you know I tend to overdo sharpening, so take it with a grain of salt). Cheers! (or, as we say in my part of Switzerland, Santé!)

Hi Diana,

Lemon slice was my "first" thought for the theme too! (I chose something different to post though).

This is perfect for the theme. Nice clear beverage with the bright lemon to the side. I like the angle of the background colors too.

I prefer this shot to the one in the workshop. It Rocks!! :D Lisa

how are u Diana?!?..
i'm often not able to take the different shades of the friday theme to partecipate it!! i'm not so good to speak english.. unfortunately!!
however i appreciate all the beautiful interpretation of the theme of all TL members.. and this really surprises me.. can you explain to me better what is a twist of lemon?!?.. i miss something in english about the meaning of the word, i suppose.. intuition is not enough!! ;)
the shot is good for the compo.. and the combination of colours.. it's simple and effective..
