Dinner, anyone? (The sound of silence)

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
These fossils began turning up in a construction dig at a place here locally called the Gray Fossil Site. While they are long dead, they bear silent testimony to a world long gone, where animals once thriving have been extincted, where sounds no longer heard were tumultuous ones, where strong beastly activity took place. These specimens have been cleaned and prepared for mounting/rebuilding. Who knows, maybe there's DNA...;)
pp: just crop out a table to leave just the specimens, added a Gray frame this time for effect although I'm not much of an advocate of frames here, they're available in BD Sizer, so I use a few and am testing them out. I might have converted to b/w or sepia tone but I wanted to have the bones very clear. I put a b/w in workshop for comparison. |

Hi Gary
Well managed interior lighting with excellent diffused light & superb sharpness. Good repetition of the fossil bones. Tfs!
Interesting presentation - so many details to look at. Offset perfectly by the frame. Great picture.
Thanks for sharing
