[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is my uncle, my nono (Greek-God father), and my friend. He's 84 years old, plays drums in a local orchestra, can dance better than a 20 year old! Gives great advise on life; love, friendships, financial, any subject even dating to his niece!! I can talk to him all day! :D Full of life, spunk, charm, and love. All of his siblings (my dad-80, 2 aunts; 82 and 86) live within 2 miles of each other, although over the years oceans, and many miles kept them apart.

This was after a memorial service for my brother, I can see the emotion of that in his silhouette. We were taking a few photos of family members and he was standing near a window.

I cropped the original, resized and sharpened for upload.

This reminds me of Alfred Hitchcock! Really nice work here Lisa, on such a sad occasion. I'm sorry, I didn't know about your brother, a sad event for sure. My condolences! This is nice...something to remember forever!

very nice work on the siluette !
good choice.
I only find a little disturbing the fuziness at tha glasses, but it adds character to the image

Hi Lisa
Good strong composition, the silhouette has character and the lines of the venetian blind in the background add interest (better than just plain white IMO). My first thought was that the silhouette reminded me of Alfred Hitchcock! The only thing I would have liked to have seen different, is the blurred edge of the glasses to be as sharp as the rest of the silhouette. But still an awesome image!
Sorry about your brother, and your Uncle sounds like the best!
