I could not decide what to do for the theme. I made little sandwiches for dinner yesterday (we call them finger sandwiches in the U.S.) but haven't even uploaded them yet. Looked through files, and luckily didn't start looking through photo albums of my sons (that would mean hours of looking and reminising). While looking at some baseball photos I took of our teachers, this water bottle caught my attention. It was just a small part of a larger photo.

Cropped this portion our of a baseball dugout photo of our teachers playing baseball. No fields available for this year, so no team. I added gamma, sharpened a little.

Thanks always, for your critiques, comments, and workshops. Lisa

Lisa,
I could tell it was a small part of a larger photo by the grain and lack of focus. I think it is an interesting crop though. I think you've taken a larger photo and found a picture within a picture which may be a valuable exercise but be careful not to crop too extreme until you get a larger than your 7.2 MP's. I guess this one fit well in the theme, but because of the extreme crop I cannot give it top marks.
Hope you have a good weekend my friend,
Scott

Hi Lisa,

Interesting crop.
The fingers and the bottle...
I like the frame here.
All the best, dear friend.

Hey Lisa
I did a quick WS with neat image. But for some odd reason it looks better in my edit program then after I uploaded it! What I though was noise was due to the extreme crop?
Once cropped did you have to enlarge the shot?
anyway nice idea for the Theme.. We can also see you in the bottles reflection :)

very clever and effective as usual, Liz.

Hi Lisa,
This looks like it was quite a small part of a larger picture as the resize has made the pixels really promenant, I have to say that it fits the theme well but could do with a run through Neat Image to try and sort out the pixels.
regards Andy

Hi Lisa,
Your title caught my eye, we have a bootled water here called H2Go.
Interestingly, it is still dearer than petrol/gasoline.
Seing that seal being taken off...half the time I'm dying of thirst by the time I get the d****d things open;)
Pete.

Hi Lisa

As others have already mentioned its a little pixelated but I think it looks as though we are lookig through frosted glass! and as we are looking at bottled water thats quite refeshing. Well spotted and captured as a theme image

TFS and for joining in the theme

kind regards Helen
