Attractive balloon scene,Well PP to create picturesque scene,Well color treatment that so kitsh,IMO.Good work,TFS.

eye catching scene and colours, but the halos around each element are not good looking

Really like what you have done in PP here - the glow is very pleasing and eye catching. Colors spectacular - perfect clarity for someone who had gotten up so early. Well framed to boot.
Might have cropped out those two heads in the FG and there is something round above the upper baloon.

Intéressant comme traitement. Ce cliché me fait penser à certaine affiches dans les années 50'-60'.

Interesting pp work...it creates a semi-animated look that gives this scene a bright but edgy feel. Great for a balloon launch. Colorful, lively, sunny. Nice job:)
