Hi Kevin,

Well executed use of the cir. polarizer. You have a very well exposed sky with enough saturation while minimizing any glare and reflections on the water. Nice puffy clouds with very good texture. Good capture.

Nicely taken shot of this famous landmark! It was an incredible construction - and a terrible price in lives and hardship - but nice to see it from such a picturesque angle. The polariser did a good job here as did you and your lens.

Hi Kevin,
This is a "heck of a view" :-) Great composition excellent natural colours......but I have to be honest it laks of sharpnes in my opinion. The boats on the left are out of focus and so are the buildings in the distance. I have the impression you focused here on the foreground (teh water) and dispite the relative high f-stop (f/11) it coun't get the whole DOF sharp. Thsi is only my observation and I still think the view is gorgeious, well seen. Looking forward to your next posting!

sort of surprise - Hoover dam... I didn't know that is any more than that one on Colorado river...
Shot is totally different about POV from classic one for this subject and I have to say it look interesting. Good perspective, and levels of exposure:)

wow the Hoover Dam is really exciting. Very dramatic sky shot and excellent ripples set my blowing wind. i like the perspective created by the fencing aboce the banks.
Great composition and i guess the water level is very low at the time of the shot.
