[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
another shot i took during my quest for the friday's theme last week, "natural framing".

this is by the san francisco bay. just fell in love with the clear water and the way the rocks were arranged.

pleas allow me to critique myself, i wish the sky was a little bluer to match the water. i am planning to invest on some filters, any suggestions? any help will be appreciated.

to all the passers by, thanks...

SaNi Hi:
Beautiful bayscape - amazing POV, clarity and excellent dof. I like the colors you have captured within the rocks, as well.
Thanks for the note
Congratulations, very nicely done

A beautiful composition SaNi. The diagonal is attractive, and the rocks on the f/g are sharp. Re: filters, you may want to get a polarizer first as this will help in making the sky bluer; a neutral density (ND) graduated filter may also help to bring down the brightness on the sky. (BTW, I buy my photo supplies online at B&H, a very reputable store.) Have a good day! Danilo

dto maayos na ang horizon, parang ang ganda din sa lugar na ito, tfs

Hi Sani,

I love the colours in the boulders that frame the bay and there is colour in the sky, only not the deep blue you seem to have wanted.
I made you a WS for a quick fix to get a bit more colour in the sky.

Hello SaNi,
a great exploitation of the perspectives. The rocks and lining trees give a great impact to the shot. There is a sort of graphic design combination when the blue colur of the sea meet the bending lines of the seaside.
Well composed and you exploit the subject well.

Regards,
Foozi
