[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was taken as I waited outside the hospital for my ride. I had just visited my mother when this life flight flew in. There was a family that rushed from a car about the same time as this arrived.

I wish I'd gotten a better shot, but I worked with what I had. ISO was on 400, the light was fading, and I forgot to clean my lens! I tried to clean it up some, but other than that, this is what I saw. I didn't crop, and there wasn't a tripod involved.

I hoped the patient they transported made it - I could see the tension in the family that waited.

This is outside of what I normally do, so I'd call this more of a candid - I saw, I shot, and hopefully, it turned out.

An excellent stop action capture here, good sharp detail, nice movement in the rotors and plenty of space left for forward movement within the shot.
