Hi Lauren,
A nice close capture with a good DOF. The centered position is a difficult one and I am not sure if it worked that well. I do feel that the photo is a little dark and that it could use some sharpening. Try to sharpen the photo after you made it smaller for TL, and adjust the levels to make the flower become brighter.
