Court of the Patriarchs

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Here is another famous view within Zion National Park in Utah. This set of peaks is know as the Court of the Patriarchs. The peaks are named from left to right, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I arrived at this view early in the morning before it got too hot to function. Zion in the summer is as hot as it is beautiful.
I used a circular polarizer to boost saturation but got one of those well recognized polarized skies. I like the picture enough to post it anyway.
PP: Processed from RAW. Reduced saturation as my camera was set to Vivid color. Reduced some of the harsh light on the 2 patriarchs on the left. |

Hi Mike,
Strange that you haven't received any critique on this photo yet. However I posted a photo around the same time and it was also low received.
Maybe not your most exciting photo, the three layers are beautiful. I like the clean look and clarity of the photo. The shape of these peaks is wonderful and look very impressive.
TFS,
Niek
Hello Mike !
Certainly another underrated image ( many are these days LOL !). Crystal clear, Spot on light set up with three different layers , colors and textures.
Great observation and capture,
Sincerely,
Robert
