[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This Monarch butterfly (Danaus plexippus) is looking quite regal with it's over 3 inch wingspan!

Taken at Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens in Belmont, North Carolina, on the occasion of the family get together to celebrate my father-in-law Joe's 83rd birthday.

Macro Focus, no flash, no pp, no filtres. One shot, one butterfly, one phenomenal image (even if I say so myself).

Hi Muenger
Good composition and nice colors with a beautiful butterfly.
I feel that butterfly is not so sharp n not focused properly where as the underneth flower is well sharp and focused. :)
Good luck
